Encouraging landless labours, free bounded labourers and marginal farmers to get themselves organised into vocations like dairy, piggery, poultry, file / Sherry, cottage industries, handicraft, echo better their standards of living.
Digging,desalting or deeping of wells,tanks and irrigation channels etc.
Building of bunds, embankments and earthen dams for storage of water.
Reclamation of land,soil conservation and a forestation.
Construction of link roads,low cost houses and latrines for people living below poverty line ,like freed bounded labourers, marginal farmers,land less people etc.
Repair and maintenance of tenements built, especially for the weaker sections of the community.
